What to include
For bug reports, include your browser, device type, image format, approximate file size, and what you expected to happen. Do not send private images unless you are comfortable sharing them through your email provider.
Privacy and terms requests
Questions about privacy, local image processing, hosting logs, or the Terms of Use can be sent to the same contact email.
Current support boundary
CompressWise is currently a free public browser tool. There are no accounts, billing records, cloud file histories, or server-side compression jobs in the current release.
